Is this connected to a real database?
Yes. Postgres, with row-level security and the full migration set applied. The workflow you see writes real rows.
Does it support Arabic and right-to-left layouts?
Yes. Every string resolves through a dictionary, and the layout mirrors fully — including charts, tables, and signed currency amounts.
Can a doctor work at more than one clinic?
Yes. Doctors hold one profile and are affiliated with many clinics and branches, each with its own schedule and fee.
How are payouts calculated?
Each payment splits into a platform commission and a clinic payout. Both post to an append-only double-entry ledger you can reconcile.
Which parts are not live yet?
External vendors. Payments, video and messaging run on offline providers, so nothing leaves the machine and no card is ever charged.
